A signed agreement and deposit are required to secure the event date.
Final guest count and menu selections must be provided no later than 7 days prior to the event.
Final payment is due before or on the day of the event unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Guest Count
The Final guaranteed guest count will be used for billing purposes and cannot be reduced after the deadline.
Additional guests accommodated on the day of the event may result in additional charges.
Cancellations
Deposits are non-refundable.
Cancellations made within 30 days of the event may be subject to additional charges based on costs already incurred.
Force Majeure
The Knight Club catering shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, or failure to perform due to acts of God, severe weather, government restrictions, utility failures, emergencies, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control.
Acceptance
By signing the catering agreement, the Client acknowledges and agrees to any and all additional written Terms and Conditions.
